預約流程說明 - Reservation Flow

為確保每位客人都能享有最好的體驗,預約流程如下:

  1. 請透過KKday 或 本網站進行 網上預約(暫時不接受即場候位)

  2. 每位顧客於網上預約時需購買 一瓶黑烏龍茶(港幣 $38) 作為預約確認

  3. 成功預約後,將會收到確認電郵

  4. 建議於 預約時間前15分鐘抵達,以便完成報到、點餐及選購商品

  5. 開始您的 Chiikawa Ramen Buta 體驗!

To manage high demand and provide a smooth experience, please note the following process and policies:

  1. Reserve your seats online via KKday booking platform or official booking platform (do not accept walk-ins temporary).

  2. All reservations must purchase 1 bottle of Black Oolong Tea ($38 HKD) per guest to confirm your booking.

  3. Receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

  4. Suggest arrive 15 minutes early to browse merchandise and place your ramen order.

  5. Enjoy the Chiikawa Ramen Buta experience!

1.排隊報到 / Queue & Check-In

所有客人請於店外排隊,工作人員會確認預約並派發訂單表格。
All guests (both with and without reservations) must queue outside. Staff will verify your booking and distribute order forms.

2.排隊點餐 / Join the Ordering Line

工作人員將會安排客人排隊點餐,並於表格上標記座位編號。
Guests will be guided and allowed inside to line up for ordering. Your table number will be marked on your form.

3. 一次性點餐 / Single Submission Order

所有訂單只可提交一次(包括商品)。
Orders are submitted once only (including merchandise items) — no changes after confirmation.

4. 安排入座 / Guided to Your Seat

完成點餐後,工作人員將帶到指定座位。
After ordering, our staff will escort you to your assigned seat.

5. 選擇追加配料 / Select Add-ons (Optional)

請告知工作人員如需加配料:例如菜、加蒜、加豬油、加醬油等等。
You may request optional toppings: more vegetables, garlic, pork lard, or soy sauce.

6. 結帳付款 / Settle Payment

每位客人需獨立付款,可選擇掃描 QR Code 以網上付款,或以現金支付。
Each guest must pay individually, either by scanning a QR code (online payment) or in cash.

7. 用餐時間 / Enjoy your Ramen!

拉麵和飲品將根據訂單送至你的餐桌。我們將會根據你所訂的拉麵派發貼紙,如有飲品,將附送 1 張角色卡。
Ramen and drinks will be delivered to your table. You will receive sticker according to your ramen order. Bottle drinks include a random character card.

8. 領取周邊商品 / Collect Merchandise

用餐完畢後,工作人員會提醒你前往商品櫃檯領取周邊商品。
After your meal, staff will notify you when it’s time to collect your merchandise at the pickup counter.

9. 確認與離場 / Final Check & Exit

請確認商品領取無誤,並從指定出口離場。
Please ensure your items are complete before exiting through the designated door.

    • 遲到可能導致預約被取消且不設退款或補位。

*Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully Before Making a Reservation:
To ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and fair experience for all guests, please review the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your reservation.

    • Each reservation must purchase of one (1) bottle of Black Oolong Tea per guest. This purchase serves as a non-refundable deposit and confirms your seat at Chiikawa Ramen Buta Hong Kong.

    • The Oolong tea can be enjoyed during your meal or taken away as a souvenir.

    • This policy applies to all guests aged 3 and above. Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are exempt.

    • Guests without a confirmed Oolong Tea purchase will not be granted admission.

    • All reservations are non-transferable and may not be resold or used by anyone other than the original purchaser.

    • No substitutions or menu exceptions will be entertained.

    • Sharing a single bowl among multiple guests is not permitted.

    • All bookings must made via our Kkday or our official online reservation platform.

    • Walk-in guests will not be accepted under any circumstances temporary

    • Dining period is 60 minutes starting from the reserved time. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.

    • Each booking allows for a maximum of four (4) guests per reservation.

    • We are unable to accommodate larger parties or combine multiple bookings into one group.

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved time to allow for check-in, ordering, and browsing merchandise.

    • If you arrive late, your reservation may be automatically cancelled and your seat released without refund or rescheduling.

    • Kindly avoid queuing in the waiting area as space is limited.

    • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all submitted information.

    • You may asked to present a valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry.

    • No cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be permitted once a reservation is confirmed.

    • This includes date, time, number of guests, and purchased items.

    • All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the premises, during queuing, dining, and merchandise browsing.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guest who does not adhere to the house rules, staff instructions, or behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), Alipay, and UnionPay.

    • Only guests who dine at the restaurant are eligible to purchase merchandise. Merchandise-only or drinks-only orders are not accepted.

    • Merchandise availability is not guaranteed and depends on daily stock and operational conditions.

    • Purchasing a reservation ticket does not guarantee the ability to purchase merchandise.

    • Purchases intended for resale are strictly prohibited.

    • Re-entry into the shop is not allowed once your dining session is complete.

    • Drink items may be subject to purchase limits depending on stock availability.

    • Trading or swapping activities within the restaurant or the mall’s public areas are strictly prohibited as they may disturb other guests.

    • If disruptive behaviour such as shouting or item swapping occurs in common areas, merchandise sales may be suspended without notice.

    • The restaurant is not responsible for any disputes between guests. We kindly ask all visitors to behave respectfully.

    • To ensure safety and smooth operation, please follow all instructions from our staff. Entry or service may be denied to those who do not comply.

    • In the event of adverse weather conditions, accidents, or other force majeure, the experience or event may be changed, delayed, or canceled, please stay tuned for updates on our official website and social media channels.
